There seems to be a yet unknown issue making it impossible to power on vApps and/or virtual machines.
Please do not attempt to power off production virtual machines as It is likely you won't be able to power them on again.
Investigation ongoing...
UPDATE 20/01/2021:
The issue has been resolved yesterday.
