Package loss affecting IGB data center

About 20 minutes ago, we experienced high package loss from and to systems in our IGB data center.
Investigation is still ongoing, but yet we have no indication of any issue within our own network.
We rather suspect something went wrong at the DECIX, affecting our upstream providers.
